Shipping Policy
Seafood orders may be left at the delivery address if no one is home at the time of delivery, at the carrier’s discretion. All seafood orders require refrigeration upon arrival.
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, The Lobster Mobsters is not responsible for packages left unattended, delayed pickup, theft, or exposure to weather, temperature, or other environmental conditions beyond our control.
Delivery dates and transit times provided by shipping carriers are estimates only. The Lobster Mobsters is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, incorrect or incomplete delivery information, access issues at the delivery location, or circumstances beyond our control.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these delivery terms and assume responsibility for the package once it has been marked as delivered.
